Celebrating A Record Number Of ‘24-‘25 Butler Scholars

Every year the Butler Foundation’s board of directors is proud to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of Butler Scholar award recipients. For the 2024-25 academic year, a dinner and program were held for our Scholars and their family and friends on Tuesday, October 22, at Summit Hills Country Club. We celebrated 74 high school and college students – a record number!

Special thanks to student speakers, Makayla Deaton and Parker Deaton, who impressed upon the crowd the importance of education and never giving up.

Thank you also to the four high schools and three colleges and universities who nominate the students for these awards. We are very proud of all their successes and look forward to hearing of their accomplishments in 2025.
